For their support of the Stetson and Stiletto Standoff, the City of Celina and the Celina Economic Development Corporation proudly offers a scholarship to resident of Celina. Criteria: Maintain a 2.5 GPA. Maintain a minimum of 6 credit hours per semester. Good academic standing. Preference: Celina resident.
