"Spirit of Collin" Phil McMahan Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established in memory of Phil McMahan, a beloved Political Science Professor, to provide books to a Political Science student . Qualifications include: 2.5 GPA, maintain at least 6 credit hours per semester and are in good Academic Standing. Must be majoring in Political Science.
