Oncor Endowment

Oncor is a regulated electric transmission and distribution service provider that serves 10 million customers across Texas. The company has more than 3,000 employees who work to safely maintain reliable electric delivery service and maintain 3 million meters across the state.
They have been in business for more than 100 years. Oncor is owned by a limited number of investors, including a majority owner, Energy Future Holdings Corp. It is managed by a board of directors, which is comprised of a majority of independent directors. This endowment was established in 2004 to assist full -time students who are involved in civic leadership.
