Raymond B. Cooper

Mr. Cooper has been a resident of Wylie for over 35 years. There is a junior high school named after him. Mr. Cooper developed Wylie’s first industrial park and built its first office building. The Cooper family have been beneficiaries of many charities including scholarship funds for Community ISD and Collin College. Mr. Cooper is retired from Universal Transformer which he founded in 1957.
