Virginia Elliot Cottongim

This scholarship is named in memory of Virginia Elliott Cottongim, Mr. Billie Cottongim’s late mother and Jayne Langdon’s grandmother. Virginia Elliott Cottongim loved education and made many sacrifices during her lifetime helping other people. Although she did not have the opportunity for a formal education, she knew the lifelong value of having a good education.
