This scholarship was established to support students from Plano thanks to the proceeds from the Plano Balloon Festival. Criteria: Maintain a 2.5 GPA. Minimum 6 credit hours per semester. Good academic standing. Must be a resident of Plano. U S. Citizen preferred.
