Don Barclay Safety Achievement Endowed Scholarship

The Don Barclay Safety Achievement Endowed scholarship will be awarded to a student from Collin County who is dedicated to service in the community. Criteria: minimum 3.0 GPA, maintain at least 6 credit hours per semester, Collin County resident, and must perform at least 10 hours of community service per semester of award.
